Unapologetically Aligned is a signature program that incorporates the steps and strategies I took, teach and continue to do to clear my mind and own my time to enjoy my life more. Change for you won't happen by just going through the motions or the course though. You need to put yourself first and do the work to get to the place of alignment we all strive for. Pretty soon you'll be aligned as much as she is:

First, I want you to block out 15 minutes a day any time you want to focus on at least one lesson. If you have a full life like me, it is easy to start dropping off the commitment after a few days, which is why I want you to remember why you signed up for this course. This is why it is important to block out time for yourself now.
You won't see a transformation unless you allow yourself to go through the lessons, practice them, and make small life changing shifts in your life. Over time you'll find calm amongst the messy chaos of life.
Watch/listen and then practice the techniques in your everyday life however it best fits with your lifestyle. These take time to become routine in your everyday life, but the more you practice, the more transformative you'll feel. Just be sure to keep an open mind.
I recommend getting a journal or notebook to keep with you as you move along through these lessons. There are prompts, journaling, and deep diving that having a journal with you will help get all those thoughts and feelings out to give you something tangible to work with.
Create a ritual that incorporates this course so you can feel grounded in this work. That can be being in a certain part of your home, making some tea, having the same journal, etc.
I suggest saving this as an app on your home screen on your phone so you can quickly access it.
The program is purposely setup to be completed in order, then remains available for you to return to lessons that you want to re-visit.
This resource will continue to grow and evolve, so you'll see the site shift over time (hopefully for the better). I'll be adding bonus lessons over time from myself and guest speakers, so be sure to login regularly to see updates.
The modules (preventative, reactive, restorative) will have short videos of coping strategies and techniques. There is no right/wrong way to use the site - it is not formatted like a course since I want you to go through it with intention instead of "getting it done." It is formatted to be a resource for you to use lifelong.
